Theo Moore leads APCO’s Brussels office, working alongside policy experts and sectoral practices to develop and implement communication strategies and campaigns. He covers legislation, litigation, antitrust, crisis communication, reputation and stakeholder management across technology, health, finance, fintech, energy, sustainability, food, transport and other areas. Both within Brussels and across European and global networks, his job focuses on campaigns that harness APCO’s wide range of communication tools and disciplines. Having arrived in Brussels in 2008, following ten years of public affairs experience in London, he relishes working with a great team of colleagues.
