After working as a regulator in the UK and European Commission, David Reed now helps financial and technology companies to understand, prioritise and manage political and regulatory risks. Current focus areas are digital regulation, sustainable finance, banking and payments and capital markets. He has advised over 100 of the world’s largest financial institutions and trade associations on their government affairs strategies, as well as founding Kreab’s Financial Policy Advisers network. Previously he worked in the chairman’s office of the Financial Services Authority, at McKinsey and at Campbell Lutyens.
