David Mundy’s expertise in transport infrastructure schemes, harbours and environmental law has been widely drawn on in the constitutional and EU law issues that have resulted from Brexit, including the development of the European (Withdrawal) Act 2018. Mundy is a parliamentary agent and partner at BDB Pitmans and advises on legislative procedures including Private Members’ Bills. He also advises public authorities on their obligations under EU Directives and the Public Contracts Regulations that surround public purchases. Other areas of focus include competition, grants and loans and State aid. Mundy is a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association and the Procurement Lawyers Association.
