Iain Miller has been a partner of Kingsley Napley LLP since 2016, where he is a sought-after specialist in regulatory advice, investigations and public law. Miller’s expertise on legal services regulation covers disciplinary proceedings, business structures, investigations, public law challenges, liability and restructuring. He has acted in many leading cases surrounding the regulation of lawyers in England and Wales, advising firms on issues in relation to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Miller worked for the bar standards board when revising their code of conduct, entity regulation framework and application to become a licensing authority for alternative business structures. He is married to the Conservative MP for Basingstoke, Maria Miller.
