David is counsel in competition practice at Dentons – a global law firm driven to provide clients with a competitive edge in the marketplace. McGowan has extensive experience in the field of regulated procurement and government contracts, acting for public bodies, utilities and bidders. He also has experience of a wide range of competition issues with particular experience of advising on UK merger control, state aid and EU funding issues.
