David Kilduff is a consultant for Walker Morris specialising in energy, infrastructure and government. Kilduff specialises in commercial contracting, advising both the public and private sectors. His career began as an assistant solicitor for Calderdale Council in the 1980s; he then became a prosecuting solicitor for Cleveland Police Authority, assistant chief legal officer for Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council and borough secretary and solicitor for Ashford Borough Council. Kilduff became a partner at Eversheds before founding Conisance Limited, a commercial advisory and governance support company. He spent 20 years as partner at Walker Morris and is also currently a non executive director and chair at Parklane Plowden Chambers.
