Tom Cassels is a leading commercial litigator in the fields of public law and competition litigation. His work includes advising clients on high-profile disputes and investigations and preparing senior management individuals for competition and markets authority hearings, public inquiries, select committee hearings and judicial reviews. He is currently at Linklaters as their dispute resolution partner and sport sector co-head, joining the firm in January 2016. Recent cases include representing the global payments company Visa and phone network Three. He has advised the BBC on competition and regulatory functions and has taken on pro bono cases for the UN high commissioner for refugees and Save the Children.
