Nicholas Brown, described as “great fun to work with” in the Legal 500 2021, has more than 35 years’ experience of drafting, opposing and promoting legislation in Parliament. He has promoted several successful Development Consent Orders, a number of Harbour Revision Orders and private bills, and has acted as government agent for an important Midland Development Corporation. Brown is a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on the Environment, the Law Society and the Society of Parliamentary Agents. He also advises private clients, particularly on non-contentious family and charity work. He was recommended in the ninth edition of The Best Lawyers in the UK.
