Sarah Winstone has over a decade of consultancy experience, creating and leading high profile international and national programmes for pharmaceutical clients, charities and campaigning coalitions. Prior to her consultancy career, she helped establish and ultimately led Cancer Research UK’s parliamentary function, helping the charity secure important policy wins on tobacco control policy and the strategic direction and funding of cancer services. Alongside colleagues Mike Birtwistle and Bill Morgan, Winstone founded specialist consultancy Incisive Health in 2013, offering market access communications, strategy development, media campaigns and clinical advocacy, all underpinned by a deep understanding of policy and politics. Described as a “consummate professional with genuine expertise,” her work has changed policy and transformed lives.
