James Marshall spent over a decade advising successive prime ministers and cabinet ministers, most recently as the director of the Downing Street policy unit between 2017 and 2019. In his new role, Marshall leads on political content and specific client engagements and relationships, gathering insights and judgements from senior advisors and contributors with a focus on UK and EU politics and policy.
