Dominic Morris joined Quiller in 2015 from Lloyds Banking Group where he was group public affairs director. He is a former chief of staff at Ofcom, spent eight years in the prime minister’s office, under Margaret Thatcher and John Major, and was an expert adviser on Digital Britain to Lords Mandelson and Carter in the department for business, innovation and skills. Quiller’s clients include UK and multinational companies, financial institutions, public sector bodies, foreign governments and embassies, and campaigning organisations.
