Carmine Nino has been shaping policy and communications as head of EU public affairs at UTOPIA since July 2019. He manages relations between international clients and European institutions and coordinates international lobbying and advocacy strategies. His clients are leaders in the digital, pharma, telecoms and communications fields. From 2013 until March 2018 he worked as an adviser to the first vice president of the European Parliament and president of the S&D Group in the European Parliament. In this leading position, he had the opportunity to coordinate numerous political and institutional initiatives, both in the European Union and Italian institutions.
