Andreas Constantinides leads APCO’s European technology policy practice. Based in Brussels, he advises leading technology clients on how best to position themselves. Constantinides oversees and coordinates pan-European client work and collaborates closely with other APCO regional technology leads. He previously worked for four years as an attaché at the Cyprus Permanent Representation to the EU. Unusually, Constantinides holds a PhD in electrical engineering, allowing him a greater insight into the technical issues and potential solutions surrounding technology policy.
