H/Advisors Cicero hired to drive financial inclusion in parliament

H/Advisors Cicero has been briefed to increase support for financial inclusion, provide monitoring and intelligence.

Leading global strategic communications and public affairs consultancy, H/Advisors Cicero, has been assigned to increase support for financial inclusion in parliament, under a new public affairs brief. Havas-owned comms agency H/Advisors Cicero has been awarded a public affairs brief by the not-for-profit financial organisation Fair4All Finance. The agency has been instructed to help “build new advocates for financial inclusion in parliament”. It will do so by giving support to develop messaging “that impresses the importance of financial inclusion to a wider range of policymakers and parliamentarians”. The account, which will be in place for a year until April 2027, is worth £60,000 including VAT, according to the Government Find a Tender site. There was no competitive pitch for the account, according to the contract notice. The agency’s brief also covers the provision of monitoring and intelligence services, including briefings and analysis. Founded in 2019 through the Department of Culture, Media and Sport, Fair4All Finance’s mission is to ensure people can access the right financial products and services as needed. And according to its website, the organisation’s core funding comes from The Dormant Assets Scheme. This scheme puts money from forgotten bank accounts and other financial products towards good causes.
