Mette Grolleman delivers senior advice to clients on policy, competition and reputation issues. Grolleman joined Fleishman Hillard in 2017, having previously served as an adviser on financial services to vice-president Dombrovskis of the European Commission, and to Commissioner Jonathan Hill prior to that. Before joining the Commission, she worked as a financial counsellor at the Danish Permanent Representation to the EU, and for more than a decade served in the Danish public administration, latterly as a senior adviser in the Ministry for Business and Growth. Grolleman holds a Master’s in law from the University of Copenhagen; she is fluent in Danish, English and Dutch, and has a working knowledge of German and French.
