Lady Nash trained initially as a stockbroker. She led a successful career in the international division of a French merchant bank. Later, Nash became a counsellor for the Citizens’ Advice Bureau. Along with her husband, Lord Nash, she co-founded Future Academies in 2006. The couple are also co-chairs of the board of governors of Pimlico Academy, the chain’s flagship school out of a collection of ten academies across London. The Trust is notable for dissuading parental influence on governing issues. Lady Nash has been responsible for curriculum development across the Trust. She has also led a national pilot with the Education Endowment Foundation.
