Stephanie Lis spent six years at the Institute of Economic Affairs as communications officer, then director, before joining Dominic Raab’s Spad team at Dexeu in 2018. A typical IEA grad, she has criticised plain packaging of tobacco and supported the continuation of free movement after Brexit. Lis will surely count her work as a party press officer during the 2019 general election campaign among her proudest professional achievements. Just one month after the election, she was rewarded with a place in Downing Street.
