Before Stonehaven, Lyburn spent four years working on political campaign strategy with Lynton Crosby, and he has been at the forefront of the transformation of public affairs to a data-driven, evidence-led industry closer to management consultancy than public relations. “He’s well-connected but his advice and approach are more likely to be based on asserting digital influence rather than on picking up the phone,” says one.
