Sarah King is an expert in property and planning, leading the Connect team which won the Public Affairs Award for Planning Campaign of the Year in 2015, 2017 and 2019. Well- respected within the property industry, she provides strategic advice to a range of house builders and developers at the local, regional and national level, including Bellway, Barratt Homes and Essential Living. She also provides senior counsel to public affairs clients, particularly in the areas of housing, planning and outsourcing. In 2014 she was elected as a councillor on Southwark Council, representing South Camberwell.
