He is Partner and Head of State aid and Public Procurement at Pinsent Masons, where he advises on all aspects of competition law, public procurement, state aid, trade and EU regulatory compliance with particular experience in the aerospace and aviation, defence, transport, energy and infrastructure sectors. He joined in 2020 following stints at the European Commission, BPP and the London School of Economics where he lectured.
