She is a recognised expert in public and utilities regulated procurement and is Tier 1 Ranked in Chambers & Partners for Public Procurement. Clarke has been advising public bodies, regulated utilities and suppliers as a specialist in procurement law, compliance and litigation, for the last decade and a half. A partner since 2001, Catherine qualified as a lawyer in 2001 at Freshfields, qualified as a solicitor advocate in 2004.
