Graeme Young is a partner at CMS specialising in all aspects of EU and UK competition law. He has advised on a number of competition law investigations under the Competition Act and competition litigation before the courts. He has a LLM in European Law from the College of Europe in Bruges and regularly advises on EU trade and regulation, including EU single market issues, procurement and state aid. He is also Chair of the Competition Section of the Law Society of England & Wales and a member of the Steering Committee of the Scottish Competition Forum.
