Michael Mousdale, partner at Browne Jacobson LLP, specialises in public sector, public procurement and local government. Prior to his career in the private sector, he spent 11 years working for local government. He then spent 14 years as partner at Eversheds, before moving to Trower & Hamlins in 2010 and DWF in 2013. He joined Browne Jacobson in 2018 and focuses on complex transactions, with particular knowledge of the Private Finance Initiative and Public-Private Partnerships, as well as joint ventures and large-scale infrastructure projects. Mousdale is based in the Manchester office and has advised on the Greater Manchester Waste Private Finance Initiative project.
