Snapshot

Crosbie is a great supporter of equal representation in parliament and has fought especially hard for female Conservative MPs through her Directorship at Women2Win since 2017. She is a CPF champion for Social Mobility. She is the first Conservative to represent her seat in over 30 years. Of her victory last year, she said: “Apart from my dear Dad, no one thought I could turn Ynys Môn blue in just three weeks. I am proud that with the help of a few friends and a cocker spaniel we now have a 1,968-vote majority.” Crosbie has a particular legislative interest in fighting domestic violence, having sat on the Domestic Abuse Bill committee. She commented: “Abuse is not always physical and can affect anyone regardless of gender, age or ethnicity.” Crosbie is also interested in the education of girls around the world, which she has celebrated the UK government for supporting. Crosbie is a leading light of the Conservative Environment Network.
