FGS Global has acquired Washington, DC-based government affairs firm Rich Feuer Anderson.
FGS Global has acquired Rich Feuer Anderson, adding the firm’s advocacy expertise and regulatory access to its own strengths in strategic communications, transaction advisory and crisis management, the company said in a statement.
Rich Feuer Anderson was established in 2003 by Peter Rich and Mitchell Feuer under the name Rich Feuer Group. The firm adopted its current name in 2012 after John Anderson joined as a partner.
According to FGS, the firm advises Fortune 500 companies, fintech startups, banks, asset managers, insurers, energy producers, utilities, and energy storage and infrastructure companies on complex regulatory and legislative policy issues.
FGS said Rich Feuer Anderson’s team and leadership will remain in place following the acquisition.
The combined business will provide an integrated offering across policy strategy, regulatory and legislative advocacy, strategic communications, and cross-border execution.
Rich Feuer Anderson’s U.S. clients will gain access to a global advocacy network through FGS Global’s investment in talent and its offices in Brussels, London and across the Asia-Pacific region, FGS said.
Meanwhile, FGS Global’s clients in Europe and APAC will benefit from direct access to Rich Feuer Anderson’s relationships with U.S. regulators and members of Congress.
The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
The acquisition is FGS Global’s second purchase of a government affairs firm, following its acquisition of Tarplin Downs & Young in September last year.
FGS also acquired threat intelligence consultancy Memetica in January and London-based digital-first agency Edmonds Elder in August 2025.
FGS Global CEO Alexander Geiser was recently ranked seventh on PRWeek’s Power List 2026.
According to PRWeek’s Agency Business Report 2026, FGS Global generated U.S. revenue of $365 million, representing a 19% year-over-year increase. Globally, the firm reported revenue of $584.6 million, up 16% from the previous year.
Private equity firm KKR has held a majority stake in FGS Global since the end of 2024, after buying out WPP in a transaction that valued the agency at $1.7 billion.
