Ex-Cow Managing Director joins The Academy

Former Cow managing director Matt Wilcock has been brought in by Consumer PR agency, The Academy.

Matt Wilcock has joined The Academy to lead one of the agency's two Consumer columns, working with clients including Amazon, Burger King and the University of Lincoln. The Academy is organised into specialist columns, with other teams focused on Enterprise, Entertainment, Sport and Studio. Wilcock has left PR firm Cow, which he joined in 2008 and had been MD of since 2023, amid a shake-up in the agency’s leadership. The agency was founded in 2014 by Kaye and creative director Glover, who previously worked together at Mischief.
