Omnicom’s chief executive signals continuity for public relations operations as the advertising group integrates agencies following its major acquisition.

Omnicom Group’s chief executive has spoken on the state of the company’s public relations services as the new holding company structure begins to take shape following the closing of a major acquisition. Omnicom completed the acquisition of Interpublic Group in late 2025, creating the largest advertising and marketing holding company in the world by revenue and size. This merged entity combines Omnicom’s existing agencies and those of Interpublic under one umbrella, reconfiguring traditional operating models within the global communications sector. In recent remarks, Omnicom’s CEO said the company is content with the performance of its PR firms within this evolving structure and that they remain central to the company’s service offerings. The PR services arm combines legacy firms that include several long established global agencies, bringing together expertise across corporate, consumer and brand communications.
